What does it take to get into the program?

Future Designer should have expressed great interest in the creative desire to make things.  It could be clothing, shoes, or any type of accessories.   Maybe they are cutting out paper and creating a skirt, shirt or the like.  Or maybe they are drawing and illustrating fashion apparel.  These are indicators of interest in our sewing, design and image program.

Future Designer is required to send in a 150-word essay that clearly articulates the desire to learn to sew & design and future goals for using the life skill.

The FDOA program includes ninety-six (96) hours of sewing instruction per calendar year. For more information about the FDOA Program
